• Billing purposes, which include compliance with Medicare and other Health Insurance companies

• Communication purposes with other Healthcare Providers involved in your healthcare management. This includes General practitioners, Specialists and other Allied Health Care Professionals.

• Disclosure to other Chiropractors in our practice for continuity of care and professional development

• Teaching of Chiropractic Students on Clinical Placement within the practice. You always have the right to refuse the students' involvement in your consultation.

• Notify you of health services that require follow-up with your General Practitioner

• Legal disclosure as required by a Court of Law.
