What to Expect
Your chiropractic journey at Solas is designed to support your body, meet you where you’re at, and help you move forward with confidence.
Initial Consultation
Your first visit is all about getting to know you, your health history, your goals, and what’s been going on in your body. Dr Ursula will complete a thorough examination to see if chiropractic care is the right fit for you.
If not, we’ll always be honest and we’ll happily point you in the direction of someone better suited to help.
Initial (Intensive) Phase
If we feel chiropractic care will support you, we’ll talk through your options and begin gently helping to restore healthy movement and function to your spine and nervous system.
This phase is where we lay the groundwork. Depending on your needs, you may come in more frequently, often once or twice a week, to encourage new movement patterns and help your body reset.
Corrective Phase
Once we’ve addressed the initial concerns, we’ll shift focus to longer-term correction. This phase supports deeper healing of the soft tissue and structures around your spine, helping you build resilience, reduce flare-ups and feel more balanced day to day.
Ongoing Wellness Care
Many clients choose to continue with regular chiropractic care as part of their overall health routine. Whether it’s every two, three or four weeks, we’ll tailor this phase to suit your lifestyle, your needs and what helps you feel your best.
